服务内容：将客户提供的质粒进行线性化处理后注射到小鼠受精卵胞质或雄原核中、注射后受精卵移植、移植小鼠孕期观察饲养、F0代小鼠出生记录、生命维持及交配育种等。
服务周期：3-4个月
小鼠囊胚腔注射
服务内容：ES细胞或IPS的复苏培养扩增、小鼠囊胚腔显微注射、注射囊胚的移植、移植小鼠孕期观察饲养、嵌合体小鼠出生记录、生命维持及交配育种等。
原理：利用胚胎干细胞或IPS的全能性，通过显微注射技术将其注射到小鼠囊胚腔中，与小鼠囊胚腔中的内细胞团混合，参与到小鼠的胚胎发育。
服务周期：4-6个月
