化疗性肠炎小鼠模型
原理 小鼠腹腔注射一定剂量5-FU诱导小鼠出现化疗损伤性肠炎，模拟人类接受化疗后出现的状况。
样本要求 常规实验小鼠
服务周期 10个工作日
技术指标 1）客户可自行选择性别，雄性小鼠症状较雌性严重；2）检测服务包括DAI（疾病指数）评价及病理检测等。
炎性肠炎小鼠模型
原理 通过给予小鼠饮用不同剂量的DSS（硫酸葡聚糖钠）溶液，诱导小鼠出现急性/慢性肠炎。机制：可能因DSS导致肠屏障损坏，巨噬细胞功能失调、菌群失调等多因素导致，也可能与Th1、Th2细胞的调控有关。
样本要求 常规实验小鼠 8周龄
服务周期 急性肠炎9个工作日，慢性肠炎21个工作日
