Leukocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (male, 8 weeks old) and HO CD45.1 mice (male, 8 weeks old), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-mCD45.1 and anti-CD45.2. CD45.1 was exclusively detectable on CD45+ cells in HO CD45.1 mice but not in wild-type mice, whereas CD45.2 was exclusively detectable on CD45+ cells in wild-type C57BL/6 mice but not in HO CD45.1 mice.
